This cask-aged Port shows aromas of dried fruits, spices, and vanilla. The palate is rich and velvety, with sweet flavours like caramel, toffee, and dark chocolate. Intense fruitiness with jammy prunes and dates, and walnut undertones. Balanced acidity provides freshness amidst sweetness, and a long, lingering finish with warmth from the alcohol content.

Serving & Food Pairing
Colheita Ports are ready-to drink and do not require decanting. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at 12-13ºC they will work wonders if pairing with treacle tart, crème brulee or nut based desserts, like hazelnut praline. Once opened colheita Port should be stored in a fridge and should be consumed within 3 months.
