The 2008 Ferreira is deep red ruby in colour. Developed and aromatically intense, the wine’s bouquet harbours a strong presence of fully ripened red berries as well as subtle oak notes, such as cedar and tobacco box. In the mouth the wine reveals its excellent harmony and complexity, firm and obvious tannins, and noteworthy flavours of fully ripened red berries and chocolate. The wine possesses a fine acidity and an enormously elegant, prolonged finish.


Store and Serve Advices:
It is ready to be drunk and does not require decanting. However, after a few years, it is natural that it may develop a deposit, in which case decanting is recommended. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.
