Tasting Notes
The cream has raisiny and honey notes, dark oxidative notes, roasted nuts, warm polished wood, subtle pepper, dried figs, prunes, and orange peel. The acidity is fairly high, making this on of the fresher creams out there. Citrusy notes and sour cherries and then lots of roasted nuts, hints of espresso and a spicy touch as well. Velvety texture and a lengthy finish.

Serving and Food pairing
Ideal to enjoy on its own, in a glass with an ice cube and orange rind. It also pairs well with rich desserts like chocolate cake, cheesecake, caramel tarts, or blue cheese. Once opened, the wine can last several weeks to a few months if stored properly.
