Try this luscious sweet and full-bodied Madeira with stewed meat dishes with sweet and spicy elements. It pars marvellously with intense and rich dark chocolate as well as nutty and caramel desserts. Why not serve at the very end of the meal with a blue cheese such as stilton or Roquefort. Finally, a Malvasia is also delicious with cigars.
