Eléctrico is a fino wine made of 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, though a biological ageing under veil of flor, produced through the criaderas and solera system during a 5-year period. The alcoholic content is obtained in a natural way.

A superb, complex and powerful Fino with aromas of almond, green-fruit, iodine and yeasty notes from the flor. The palate conveys dry, crisp texture with a refreshing acidity, and a long, savoury finish with a pleasant lingering aftertaste of nuts and a subtle bitterness.
